Anyone here take progesterone vaginally?

If so do you have something to insert it with or do you just do it with your fingers? My directions are all for ‘mouth’ so I’m confused and google images all show a device to get it as high as possible (think pre seed applicator)

When I was on vaginal progesterone it came with an applicator to insert it with.

I’m doing rectal. I’ve heard the vaginal side effects are grim. What has your experience been? I’m literally taking them now.

I actually used my pre-seed applicator it worked really well.. before that I was just using fingers

I inserted with my finger and only side effect I had was acne. I did get good results with my progesterone level going up, but I still ended up miscarring sadly.

Anyone here take progesterone vaginally?
