SPD pain?!

I had it while pregnant with my second from early on. It was uncomfortable and painful for sure but not super super bad. I'm 10 days pp and the pain seemed to have come back a few days ago. Or maybe it was still there but I couldn't tell over all my other pains. Anyone with SPD pain have it last after baby? When did it go away? Did you have to get physical therapy for it?

I’ve had it randomly postpartum. I’m 7 weeks pp today. I had it during pregnancy and did do physical therapy to treat it.

I had fairly mild to moderate spd in pregnancy. I was told it can last 6-8 weeks post partum, as this is hold long it takes for the relaxin hormone levels to return to normal. More severe cases can last longer though, yeah I suggest a physio if you had it bad.

I had it really bad and couldn’t hardly walk or sit after brith. Went to PT and now I’m doing everything I used to do with only mild annoyances of pain now
