Should Valet attendants be allowed to withhold a persons vehicle is they are clearly under the influence?
Say.. you're out for a fun night.. you used valet parking.
You get shit faced.
Youre ready to go home. You go wait for valet to bring your car to you so you can drive home.
Yet, valet can see you're clearly incapable of driving.. but they give you your keys and you go home.. should they be allowed to withhold the drunk persons vehicle until the following morning by offering them a complimentary cab ride home?
