Next steps.

Hi ladies!

So I had nexplanon birth control for about 5 years. Got it taken out in 2017.. I also have hashimotos . I have visited my obgyn for baby planning and we began to do test every month to see if I am ovulating. Of course I was told I’m not for 3 months now . They said it could be because the birth control (never getting it again) or because of my thyroid condition .

I am now stable on my thyroid (for now) but still have not ovulated. So now for next steps... my OBGYN wants to talk about options- I’m thinking he’s going to put me on Clomid or something similar. What are your ladies experiences with Clomid , hashimotos and irregular hormonal balance ?
