I want me and my husband to eat better.  He is a very big guy Nd i want him around for a long time.  I’ve finally gotten him to agree to loose weight with me so i chose the Keto diet!!!  I’m very excited!!!  Ahhhh

Jalapeño popper chicken casserole: shredded chicken, topped with cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, bacon and jalapeños. 
Broccoli salad: broccoli florets, bacon, green onions, cheese, sunflower seeds-optional. For the dressing mayo with avocado oil, apple cider vinegar, and sweetener of your choice. I used truvia. 
Cheese shell tacos: bake your shredded cheese in the oven then add your meat and cheese lettuce. 
Pizza: this fat head crust is my favorite 
2oz cream cheese
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella
1 egg, beaten
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/3 cup almond flour
Heat oven to 425
So add the cream cheese and mozzarella cheese in a bowl and heat it 20 seconds at a time until melted. 
Then mix in almond flour, egg, and garlic powder. 
It’ll be sticky so I used saran wrap to spread it on my oiled up baking sheet. Then bake for 12-14 mins. Poke holes to avoid bubbles. 
Then add your toppings and cook for another 5 or so minutes.

I don’t eat keto but saw a recipe on pinterest called low carb cheese burger pie. Loved it!

Steak (or beef strips-we're broke lol) with broccoli florets 
Make a pile of mozzarella/parmesean cheese on parchment paper. Cook on 325 until the edges get crispy. Top with pepperoni and roll up like a burrito. Dip in low carb pizza sauce. 
Broccoli n shrimp w a few tablespoons of low carb alfredo sauce
Eggs, ham, cheese cooked in muffin tons for a grab n go breakfast

So we made Pizza, but for the crust we used mozzarella and parmesan shredded cheese and 2 eggs and put it in the oven and then put your pizza sauce and whatever meat and whatever shredded cheese you want and put it back in the over to melt everything together! SOOO GOOD!!
