I have had this small lingering, come and go headache for about 5-6 days on the left side I think and it will not budge...): right now in this moment it feels like I have a bunch of pressure on the left side of my face like a balloon is in there expanding or something!!!!! Please help me!!

I also have had this irrational fear that I have a brain tumor for a while now (stupid I know) but this headache is literally making the anxiety of my fear worse!!

I took antibiotics earlier today so I am scared to take Tylenol but I am so desperate right now 😣🙁
