Weight gain
Hey everyone. 35 weeks pregnant, second baby. I had been very consistent with weight gain and felt really fantastic but the last few weeks it’s just been horrible. Like 2-3 lbs a week. I know baby is gaining weight so there’s that and fluid retention buuuuut I also can’t stop eating so much crap! Like I’m literally living off of home made protein balls, pb by the freaking spoon and dried pineapple. Someone please for the love of all that is good and pure, tell me what I can do to stop this habit!! I can’t really exercise due to a constant back issue that causes my back to self adjust and it’s killing me!! ☹️
