Help!!!

So when I have sex I hardly ever reach the big O. Often when I do it’s just a very small short one with little pleasure and has to be done by me. I want sex, I like sex but have only truly had an O maybe 3 times since I became sexually active that were from my partner. Problem is I get turned on a lot, we get going hot and heavy it’s fun and good but only a few minutes in my body basically shuts off and it begins to feel numb. What the he’ll is wrong with me ???
