What to say to coworker? Engagement

I keep getting asked relationship advice from a coworker because I'm married.

Honestly her boyfriend seems slightly man-childish and not on the same page with life goals. My advice would be if your fundamental goals do not match up, you shouldn't be together.

I dont know if she wants my real advice. She seems a little sensitive and I'm not sure if she wants real advice to give her the push to leave or if she wants to be told that its gonna happen.

What should I do?
