How do you help someone that hates the taste of fruits and vegetables
My husband failed his health assessment today at work he’s got family history of high blood pressure high cholesterol heart problems diabetes all that mess and he smokes. He’s quitting smoking cause I’m pregnant but I can’t help him get healthy cause he absolutely HATES the taste of all vegetables and all fruit idk how I can help him eat healthier if he can’t stomach those what do I do to help him please I want him around for our babies life’s
