Nothing fits!!!
I’m 4 months postpartum and I am having a problem I never thought I would — I have lost too much weight. My chunky boy is in the 85th percentile and I make a LOT of milk. I weigh less now than I did before I was pregnant and have completely lost my butt 😭
I eat constantly and I’m making sure to eat high protein, high fat foods, not just carb loading. I know this post probably sounds so stupid (“you eat so much and still lose weight, you’re life is so hard” which is why I’m making it anonymous) but no matter what I do I lose weight. I bought a bunch of clothes a month ago before I went back to work and they all sag on me.
Does/did anyone else have this problem? My doctor seems unconcerned and is like “oh you lost the weight, congrats!”
