Water birth and Group B strep
I recently found out that I tested positive for group b strep which means I will need antibiotics while delivering. I’ve also been leaning towards having a water birth at my hospital I’m just not sure if I will be possible to do the water birth if I have gbs. Has anyone else gone through this? I’m currently 27weeks and 5 days but I don’t want to have a plan for a water birth then can’t even do it when I’m ready to deliver.
