I went off the pill in September after 8 years to start trying for a family. Since then, my acne has been horrible! I’m in my 30s and this is by far the worst acne I’ve ever had. I do have PCOS, so I know hormonal acne is a common symptom coming off the pill. It’s just interesting that even before the pill acne was never an issue.

I’d like to know how others have treated their hormonal acne. Any suggestions, natural remedies or medications work? I am trying to get pregnant so ideally nothing that would hurt my chances or need to avoid during pregnancy.
