Low sex drive. Help!!!

Hello ladies! I have been married almost 2 years and I have been on birth control hormonal pill birth control for almost a year now. I have noticed over the last month that my sex drive is pretty much gone. I have had no desire to want sex meaning I have not been aroused or horny at all. I have not even had a desire to want to masturbate. I tried to force myself just now and I felt a little aroused by did not cum and usually I can make myself cum very good on my own. Has anyone ever gone through anything like this because I have not? I will take any advice. *Please note* I cannot talk to my doctor because i have no health insurance so im looking for tips/ideas that don't require seeing a doctor.
