Acne on birth control

How can I combat acne on birth control?? There’s a certain area on my face which is right side jawline and under, is where most of my acne is at!!! I feel so ugly, cause this is something I’m not used to. I’ve been on the nexplanon since October 2018. How can I help my skin be great again?? And I just don’t want to switch birth controls because this seems to be the most convenient for me 😩 I’m not trying to have no more babies
