Medical Marijuana while pregnant

Hey ladies,

Does anyone have knowledge on smoking medical marijuana during pregnancy. Not for luxary of course but for nausea and body aches. I've been wanting to try CBD but I know it's also from the plant and afraid it will cause any effects to my baby. I know if the baby is effected, they'll possibly test and if it's positive I can get my baby taken away!
