Need some advice.

I’m 10 weeks today and don’t go to the doctors until next week. I think I have BV or a yeast infection. I’m afraid of what this has already done to my pregnancy/baby or what it can do. Could I have miscarried and my body not know it? Could I still miscarry because of this? Like I said I can’t go to doctors till next week. I’ve also had little to no pregnancy symptoms since becoming pregnant.
