6dpo oddly sick (still early I know so FO) Thoughts?

I never chart my temperature. I am 6dpo and I know it’s still early but the last two days, I have felt genuinely sick. I never get sick. I’ve had a nauseous feeling none stop the past 18 hours. I’m very sensitive (whiny), irritable, have trouble sleeping on my own. I have never felt so BLEH. I haven’t thrown up, My temperature went from 99.9 this morning to 98.4. My boobs are NOT achy sore at all which they usually are! Last time this happened is when I got my first positive (chemical). My breasts do feel a little heavy and are sensitive sometimes.. so confused.. trying not to stress it. I’m very hopeful this time. This Friday will be my 8dpo. Hopefully I get my BFP this next week. 😌💖
