Delivery and first born plans

If you have a little one already, what are your plans when you deliver?

I really don’t want everyone at the hospital like they were with my first born, however I do want my 7 yo son there after to meet his sister.

I also plan on my mom being in the delivery room and my son staying with my stepdad until baby is ready.

I know my fiancé’s family won’t cooperate if I ask that they wait, which isn’t a huge deal to me. I just don’t want 20+ people with all their kids rushing in before we get settled. I can already hear them now if I were to let my mom and stepdad be there with my son but not them.

I need a plan!
