I heard it gets u off but how do u do it? Do u put it directly on the clit? Or over the hood? I'm so inexperienced and have never orgasmed before and would like to try.

Honestly try it out and see what works for you, I usually hold it a few inches to right up to my clit if that's how I'm gonna go it. I prefer sitting, idk you might not. Just experiment!

I turn sideways in the shower, spread my legs, lean against the shower wall, and hold the shower head between my legs and go between my fingers and shower head. The more stimulated I get the less I use my fingers. I also engage in some nipple play to intensify things. Ever since becoming pregnant the connection between my nipples and my clit has become a lot stronger so I like nipple play now.
