What’s wrong with me?

This is about taking showers, I am one to go days, I even gone a week without showing. I’m not a dirty person but I get so busy with life and go on with my day not showering. I have no specific reason that I don’t but I’ve always done it since I was a kid. I just don’t know how to feel like I do care about my hygiene but every one grows up to take showers all the time but why don’t I?
