I’m only 15

So I know gross but I have an external hemorrhoid on the outside of my butthole. It’s very painful to go to the bathroom. I just don’t know what to do since I can’t go to the bathroom peacefully. I don’t really want to tell my mom if there is something that can be done. So any ideas?
