Nervous I need help

Ok ladies my period is late I already took two pregnancy tests they both came back negative however me and my man had unprotected sex and I know my period is generally normal and always on time if not early. Idk if I should worry or not I have a large cyst on my ovary idk if that would have an effect or even if I’ve got an infection that could effect it any advice or knowledge on any of these issues would be appreciated
