My baby boy😍💙

Would like to announce the birth of my little prince born 11/04/2019 at 5:06pm weighing 7lb4oz

My labour and delivery was so traumatic and distressing.

I went into labour at 4:30am on the 11/04/2019 I went straight to the hospital where I was 3cm dialled at 6:00am and then at 9:00am I was 5cm dilated and was taken to delivery suite. I was coping really well by 12:00pm I was 8cm dilated so I thought I’d be meeting my baby boy soon. Well I wasn’t dialling anymore my cervix started to swell up, my kidneys started to fail, I wasn’t responding to anyone and I also had preeclampsia. As the day went on they was trying so hard for me to have a natural birth but my little boy started to become distressed and his heart rate started to drop and I wasn’t responding well and the midwife pressed the emergency button and 12 doctors rushed in and ran with me down the corridor to theatre where I was knocked out and given an emergency c-section but when my prince was born he wasn’t breathing and had to be resuscitated for 20 minutes and he was then taken to special care. I finally woke up in recovery to no my baby boy is perfect and doing really well.😩💙

I am so grateful to have my little prince still with me👶🏼💙
