Bleeding after internal Ultrasound

Hi guys. First time mum here. Had an internal ultrasound yesterday as I was bleeding a little yesterday. I'm 6+4 and we saw a heartbeat during the scan. I'm just worried because I'm still bleeding today. It's gone from dark brown to a little red. It's not heavy, but I do feel uncomfortable. Not cramping as such just twinges. I think I could be panicking a lot as I tend to overthink everything anyway and always think the worst! And Google isn't helping! Has anyone had an internal scan and bled afterwards? Thanks
