Can a dream tell you something will be happening?

So my husband and I lost our baby boy 3 months ago, he was 5 1/2 months and passed away of sids 😢, I was on the nexplanon and went my ob to see what did she think if we decided to try for another baby 👶🏻? We know that having a new baby is not going to be a replacement for our precious baby in heaven, but it will fill the empty space our family feels.

So I removed the nexplanon on April 3,2019, still haven’t gotten a period yet, however I did had some ewcm last Thursday and Friday. I also had really bad cramps and some minimal back pain and frequent urination. I bought some dollar store ovulation test which they came back negative. My question is I have had two dreams where I can see and hear a baby cry inside my room, I get up because it feels so real I have to get myself out of it to be able to go back to sleep. Could dreams be telling me that soon God is going to allow us to have a new baby?
