Has anyone ever conceived the same month that they miscarried?

My OB confirmed and early pregnancy the first of April and then confirmed a miscarriage happening the next weekend (second week of April). He then saw me in the third week of April and told me I was fine to start trying again and that my levels are back to what he considers negative. Has anyone had any luck getting pregnant immediately following a miscarriage before even getting your normal period (not miscarriage bleeding) back? If so, did you have a successful pregnancy?

Unfortunately, some of the symptoms that came with my first pregnancy never went away, even though my levels went back down to negative. So the next time I play the guessing game should be fun! 😂
