Husbands birthday

So tomorrow is my husband's birthday. I'm a stay at home mom so he is our only income and I feel bad we dont have money to even really go out to eat it's so tight right now and we have baby #3 on the way, but i want him to feel special on his birthday for all he does for us and he deserves a dinner somewhere at least. Any suggestions? Should i try to see if my parents will watch our kids for a couple hours so we can eat somewhere? Also, I cant even remember the last time we went on a date...no one ever offers to keep our kids for that, not even over night it could just be a few hours and it gets to us sometimes. Ideas or comments are appreciated! Sorry for the long post
