Painful sex! Help!?

So this is really embarrassing and it’s started to really affect me :-(

I’ve been married for 3 years, my husband means the world to me. But for the past 2 years sex has been soooo painful. To the point that we have to stop - and I’m starting to feel that I’m losing my sexual attraction to my husband because it’s so sore, but it’s not his fault (I always initiate because I get arroused still but I always end up regretting it)

I’ve never enjoyed vaginal sex, BUT it never used to hurt. We could go all night a few years ago!

I don’t know what’s happened or why it’s sore. I’ve seen a gyno and she said there’s nothing physically wrong with me! I’m tensed up.

But i don’t know how to not get tense. I WANT to enjoy sex but I’m so scared my husband will eventually get sick of waiting.
