Alright well my doctor scheduled my induction! It’ll be May 13th when I’m 38 weeks but we’ll go to the hospital the 12th. This is as long as things keep going well - I have preeclampsia so obviously if it progresses faster I’ll be induced sooner. Can anyone share their experiences with being induced at 38 weeks or before? My doctor has told me to prepare for a c section even though she’s going to try induction. This is because as of right now I’m not dilated at all and she thinks I most likely will not progress fully. Compounding this issue is I have tachycardia so she mentioned my heart rate might get too high with an induction and might end up need a c section, which I’d prefer not! I wish I was dilated! I’m nervous about being induced! Help!
