Does it actually help with cramping?

And the question everyone seems to have a hard time actually answering... can you actually have sex with it in? Prob is, I crave sex much more around my period. And guys typically don’t like getting their sword bloodied like that. I’ve had guys willing to do that for me in the past just because I get so hot and bothered, but even I’ll admit that the cleanup is not ideal. So much hydrogen peroxide....
