Painful cramps after orgasming

Every time I orgasm I get these painful cramps for about a min or two before they go away. I’m 12 weeks pregnant and it’s been really discouraging because it’s been way easier to orgasm (like just thinking about something can get me practically there and I wake up from orgasming in my sleep) but it hurts every time :(.

Does this go away later in pregnancy or is this something I’ll be dealing with the whole time? 😓

* I know the cramping is common after orgasms but I’m wondering if it gets better the further I get into my pregnancy*
