6 weeks belly pains

I’ll be 6 weeks tomorrow. And I’m having some pains in my belly. Nothing excruciating and no bleeding. Just wondering if it seems normal.

The blue spot is sort of a dull ache. It doesn’t really hurt but it’s just uncomfortable.

The red spot, hurts. It comes and goes, and when it’s present, it worsens when I cough or sneeze or anything that tightens my belly like moving a certain way. But then it’ll go away. My regular doctor won’t see me until 8 weeks and I’m in the process of switching doctors but they are being pains about it so I’m honestly not even sure what to do. Help ??
