Can you ovulate but not get a period?

Question

I know for sure I ovulated got confirmed by the DR since I was on Femara. I am now 18 DPO and no AF in sight I tested at 16 DPO and big fat negative. 
Has this happened to any of you?

Did you end up getting your period?

Answer

Yes! My first kiddo I had my last period in the beginning of February, however I got pregnant in Late May.
