I’m 29 weeks pregnant and labia is very itchy and swollen

There is no sign of discharge so it’s not thrush right? What else will help with the itchyness? I had this with my previous pregnancy and doctor told me my eczema and to put my steroid cream on the itchy parts but it didn’t sound right to me so I just felt with it but it’s happening again this pregnancy so annoying
