When will I ever sleep again 🤣😭😴

My little adorable wonderful four month old is sleeping way worse than ever before- she’s up every 90mins-2 hours, only wants to sleep if she’s cuddling with me, nurses down, is up like a little wide awake girl at 4am. It’s really wearing us down. But her sweet smiles and laughs keep us going. Why do I feel guilt at nursing her down and not putting her in her crib drowsy!? Why do I feel guilt about never letting her cry!? She will be my tiny babe only once and i feel like my instincts are telling me to follow her needs. But also 3 hours of sleep in a row would be nice. 💪

Just gonna throw this in, letting a baby cry is old fashioned. You’re doing right by tending to her, it can actually cause a lot of confidence, trust, and security issues in a child to ignore them or let them cry. 🤷🏻‍♀️ There are a lot of new studies on this, and you’re doing great momma!👍🏻 Trust your gut instinct.

This is totally normal for her age and stage!! We are constantly told to sleep train and teach them to self soothe but they are so young! There is NOTHING wrong with giving your baby love and snuggles and boob!! It's exactly what she needs and you are teaching her you will respond to her, this is so healthy and good mama ❤ 
Their sleep changes often and you will have good weeks and bad weeks for a while. Sleep is a developmental milestone just like rolling, walking, etc.
She is absolutely adorable by the way!!

The way I see it, do whatever it takes to get them to sleep. Contary to the advice columns, their sleep habits now wont dictate their habits until they're 5 years old. 
We started to transition our lo from the cosleeper to the bassinet but she's waking up so much, we're caving and using the cosleeper if it means she'll sleep. Alls fair in love and sleeping babies! ☺

Sounds so familiar! Our baby hasn't been a great sleeper because of reflux issues and allergies, but now it's even worse than before. She usually slept for 3 hours and then rest of the night she woke up every 2 hours. Now when she's four months old, she wakes up every 30-90 minutes through the whole night and at 4 AM she starts moving and crying in her sleep. I feel the same guilt of not teaching her healthy sleeping habits but my instincts tell me to keep her near me and just let her sleep. 🤦🏼‍♀️

That’s how I feel about my son. He’s all smiles as long as I’m carrying him. I can’t do that 24/7. Breaks my heart Bcz those smiles are so genuine!
