Femera 7.5 HELP?

So this was my first go with Femera I took 7.5mg cycle day 3 to 7 but I am cycle day 17 and have not ovulated. I had a scan on cycle day 16 follicles were small. Had a blood draw of progesterone and levels were very low at 0.25. I still have two refills of this dose of Femera and have to use provera to induce cycle. Is it possible that the same dose would work next month?? I can’t find anything on google and have a gyno appointment May 11th but I’m confused on what to do. Idk if he should up the Femera or stay at this higher dose to see if it works next month? Anyone else experience this? I have PCOS and hashimotos :(. Took clomid one month and didn’t respond to 50mg why I switched to Femera.
