Did you have to pay a copay each time for morning monitoring?

I just got a notification from my clinic portal that I owe $ from copays for each morning monitoring session this cycle. Most days it was bloodwork & sono but some days just bloodwork. It looks like the same charge. Prior to starting the cycle (IUI), I had to pre-pay an estimated fee for the IUI, so I thought that covered the monitoring but now I have a bunch of extra charges.

Did you pay a copay each time for monitoring? Was it a different amount for the days you got bloodwork and a sono vs the days it was only bloodwork?
