Pregnant after miscarriage?

So I had a miscarriage at 6 weeks back on March 27th. By April 2nd my HcG levels dropped to 28 and never got rechecked. Well now it’s 30 days later and I don’t feel like I’m going to get my period anytime soon so I went ahead and crook a pregnancy test and got this pretty dark line... I don’t know what to think. Whether it could be residual from the miscarriage or a new pregnancy?! Help please.. anyone with a similar experience or advice. Thank you.
