i’m young and i had sex. now i’m a week later from my period and i’m never late. i’m always exactly on time. idk what to do. help

If it was the first time you had sex it probably just messed with your cycle. When I lost my virginity my period was a couple of weeks late. If you didn’t use protection you may be pregnant so I would take a test if that’s the case

When I had sex for the first time with protection my period was a week late and I’m too like clock work. Just something with the body was off. Could be the same for you. Also, if you are stressing thinking about it stress can delay your period. However, if you had unprotected sex then I would definitely take a test to be sure. You could also take a test anyway and if it’s negative the chances of you being pregnant after a week late is incredibly slim.
