Should I be worried..

I found out that I was pregnant April 2nd, and according to my last period I’m like 8 weeks or so right now and I have a prenatal visit next Wednesday. I had mild/slight cramps maybe one day, and that’s it. No bleeding nothing. I’m peeing constantly, nauseous but not throwing up, little bit of acne now, oily skin, bloated,etc. I just wanna know if any other mommas out there have had a different pregnancy. I know everyone’s body is different and not every symptom happens.
