Sore boobs/nipples

The last few days my boobs feel sore, but today I’ve noticed they’ve felt tender and just sore and heavier than normal. My nipples hurt also. It reminded me of the pain I had when breatfeeding for the first time and when the water hit them in the shower ( my back was turned) they were sensitive.

I don’t get a period on my IUD Mirena anymore, I haven’t since having it for over a year and a half. But damn why the hell are they so sore and feel so heavy 😅😅
