Heavy wetter

I’ve been using cloth diapers for a while now on my 18 month old. Recently she’s been leaking through them. This morning when I got her up everything was soaked, the crib, her pants and even part of her shirt. We’ve used the microfiber inserts that came with the Alva baby pocket diapers that we have and I’ve also purchased some of the charcoal bamboo liners. Nothing seems to be working and she is still leaking through. Today was the worst leak but it is happening more frequently. Any suggestions?
