Infertility

My boyfriend is 23 years old and he has had problems with gaining muscle so he went to the doctor and they said that he has low testosterone (below 200) they tested his testosterone again and it was still low. The next step was to check his sperm... they said that his sperm was fine and that his testosterone is normal now.

We are confused and scared. What our chances of getting pregnant?? Would it be smart for us to have a kid now due to his low testosterone?

Help has anyone had this problem...
