Hey y’all just came on here because I feel alone and super discouraged with this. I get oral cold sores and lately they’ve been coming every other week. And SEVERE. I’ve been taking Valtrax every day and they STILL pop up even with abreva, cold compresses, tea tree oil etc. I feel so alone and utterly embarrassed. Its unbelievable how often they come- I was at the library last night and within ONE HOUR it appeared huge and pulsating on my upper lip. One hour!! I’m not stressed or exposed to sun, but I feel like I’m fighting an uphill battle here. I literally know zero people who struggle with this event though the statistics say otherwise. I just wanna live a normal college life and not deal with this weekly 😢 literally on my bday, Christmas, January, at patty’s day, last week and today lol. Never ends- any advice? sorry for the rant
