How did you know you were done having kids?

I am feeling unsure if we should have a third baby or not! I love my boys (4weeks and 16 months) but Part of me wants to add another little babe to the mix..how do you know/decide what kids to have!?

My opinion is that if you’re not completely sure you don’t want another, you’re not done yet.

My hubby and I have always agreed on three since we met 22 years ago, but talked a bit about having four after we had our second baby. We have two daughters and one son. However, I didn’t have my first until I was 31 and I’m 38 now and just had my son (our third) 5.5 months ago. At this point it’s more my age and health issues that was a deciding factor to not have anymore beyond our third. We probably would have had more if we were younger though. But we’re very happy with our little trio. 😊

We thought we were done after my second but not 100% sure, my other two children are 8 and 6 and we are having a third now, so took us 5 years to decide that we weren’t done 😂 This is our last 🙌🏻 we are done xx

My husband and I had always said one and done, but as my first pregnancy passed, I knew I wanted a second. We had our son first, and now I’m pregnant with a girl. We know for a fact we’re done!

Well after our second (almost 6m), we were pretty content and felt our family was complete as a family of 4. Come to find out in March I'm pregnant, which was not quite planned! I'm now 10w. After this, we are officially closing the doors and throwing out the keys 😂 For real. BC is not my thing. We're just going to limit in the bedroom lol

When we first got married over 9 years ago we’ve talked about having 1 or 2 kids max. It took me over 7 years to decide if I really want to have one. I’m pregnant with our first and only and not planning on having anymore after.

I was wondering the same thing, then we decided to try for our third. I’m pregnant now and I DO NOT want to be pregnant again after this. I could maybe change my mind after this one is born but right now I do not envision another babe at all.
