Digital BFP

I’m on my 2nd round of Clomid and Trigger, 11dpo. I took a FRER with FMU this morning and negative. I woke up really nauseous in the middle of the night so I was hoping it was going to be positive. I had a First Response Digital left so I just took it and it says YES +!! I don’t know what to believe. I am 39 and have been with my hubby for 15 years and only in December decided to see a RE so I’m praying this is a true positive. Any thoughts are appreciated. :))
