Is this blackface?

While browsing Pinterest this popped up on my feed. The comments said it was blackface because her skin is darker and made her lips bigger.
There is no background info, just saw people arguing in the comments and would like to hear eve’s opinion.

It's actually called blackfishing. You know many would argue that Kylie Jenner or any other Kardashian has done this. A couple of times I'm sure they've skated on thin ice. But this is blackface. If you see that girl in public, you'd think she was black. She uses black features for monetary gain and attention. She literally is using makeup that isn't even her color. There are many girls doing this. It is disrespectful and very wrong on so many levels.

This is what’s known as blackfishing as previously mentioned. So while it’s not the typical blackface we see where it’s offensive, this is just another form of it mixed in with dash extra cultural appropriation.

Both girls are white and white a side by side comparison of their before and afters it’s QUITE IMPOSSIBLE to ignore the obvious change in features. 
Blackfishing is basically white people pretending to be racially ambiguous. 
As an actual “racially ambiguous” person, I can attest to the fact that my ambiguity has gotten me more opportunities than that of my counterparts and tbh if I find it offensive for a white person who already has privilege over even racially ambiguous people, I CANT begin to imagine what POC are feeling about this.

Makeup can make you look drastically different, it’s an art as well as a confident booster. To me, she still looks white after doing her makeup, so I don’t see how it’s black face. Many white women fake tan and I’d rather them do that than put themselves in danger by using sun beds.

Ok, no. Let's not cheapen what blackface actually was. This is a girl with a fake tan and fake lips. She doesn't look like she's trying to look black to me, she looks like these stereotypical instagram girls.
