Feeling broken💔

Has anyone else felt trapped. Like you just want to go out to the surface but its like something keeps pushing you down. Or have you doubted your worth and thought that someone who ones told you you werent worth shit is actually true? Have you ever felt like you doubt who you really are like your not that great or your not that amazing how your mom sees you? Or like you just question everything you do everything you have gone through you just trying to find a reason or hope.... feeling horrible for sometimes failing to keep my faith.... hate this feeling cus i just want to be crunched up in a ball in my bed and just lay there.... 💔
