I lost my first baby amd i meed some help amd amswer ibe neen habimg creamy and a bit watery cm 7 days after ovulation

I lost ly first baby March 9th naturally amd i had just foumd out that i waa pregnant that month on the 2nd n 3rd n the 4th to be sure of so about a week after i ended up losing my baby yea ik it wasn't big nor was it a fetus but to me its still something to me well a whole month goea by amd i start my period on the 7th of April with wjen i startef to ovulating April 16th till the 22nd well between that time period ive startef having pregnancy symptoms amd ive neber had pregnancy symptoms during ovulation well 6 or 7 days after ovulation im still having creamy but a bit of watery cm discharge afterwards n i don't ever be having amy discharge or cm after ovulation im always dried after ovulation leading up to my perioda amd afterwards till my nect ovulation date will i domy have my mext af till the 5th of May my obgyn tells me that i could posibly be pregnant agaim do yall habe amy experiences of any thing after a MC any answers would be great
